I saw Susannah for the first time last week and she was amazing. My hair was long and doing a weird pyramid-thing where it just poofed out from my head in a triangle. I showed Susannah some pictures and she gave me a cut that left me with a much more flattering shape.
I don't really know how to style my hair at all (don't blow-dry or straighten my hair at home) and I mentioned to Susannah when I was leaving that I doubted I'd be able to get my hair to look nearly as good when I washed it.
She went above and beyond by emailing me a week later to check in and see how I was feeling about my hair. No stylist has ever done that before. Just goes to show what a genuine, thoughtful person she is!

When I arrived we talked about what I wanted to do and discussed the options to achieve what I wanted. I was going from a washed out pink/bleach and wanted to do a copper color and go a bit shorter. I showed her some photos and then she got to work.
The color was a perfect and I loved the cut when we were finished a few hours later. Susannah followed up with me a few days later to check in on how I liked the cut and color, and I thought that was a wonderful personal touch. Six out of five stars!

Looove getting my hair cut by Susannah! She always does an incredible job, and I get compliments every time! She takes the time to really understand what you want out of your haircut and how you tend to style (or in my case not style) your hair each day, so you can have a look that works for you all the time - not just the day it's cut. She's also super helpful if you're feeling a little lost or unsure of what you want and need suggestions/recommendations. In the past, I've struggled with communicating what I've wanted to hairstylists, but Susannah just gets me and I love it every time!
